Lately I got this phase “sell offer” on a B2B websit ?
unfortunately i don’t this phase real meaning…Is this meaning
someone want to buy something or sell something ?
So is there someone can help me to get this phase ??

Well, “Sell”, meaning you are gonna buy something. And “Offer”, put together I’m guessing would mean either, “How much you are willing to pay” or, “How much they are willing to sell this item for.”
